Ambroise Gboho arrived at Stade Rennais in the Summer of 2013 from Chauray. As an amateur amongst the cream of the crop of the youth team and the professionals dropped to the play in the Reserve team, this attacker featured in the Reserves from 2014-2015. His progress was hampered by injuries, and he disappeared off the radar in the 2015/2016 season, before kickstarting his career at Épinal in National (French Division 3) in the 2016/2017 season.
