Killian Denoual signed up for his first player pass aged 6 at Stade Rennais. This promising centre-back played with the youth section for six seasons. In 2011, he left to join neighbouring club TA Rennes, and spent three seasons with them before being spotted by Stade Malherbe de Caen. He signed an apprentice contract in Normandy, and mainly played in the U19s, U20s and with the Reserves. Released in 2019, he returned to Brittany, signing for Dinan-Léhon in National 3 (French Fifth Division), but his momentum was halted when he suffered from pneumothorax in early 2020. He would spend several months recovering from this setback to his health. After finally regaining his form, he was picked up by Mikkelin Palloilijat, a club in the Finnish 1st Division, where he went on to sign his first professional contract in December 2020, a contract which runs for the whole of 2021.
