Born in Guadeloupe in 2007, attacker Lucas Rosier began his playing career with Stade Lamontinois, the same club as former Rennes defender, Jeanuël Belocian, before signing for Stade Rennais in 2022, where he would link up with the Rennes Reserve team in the the French 5th Division (National 3). On 29th November 2024, the left winger signed his first professional contract with the Red and Blacks. Rosier made his debut with the professional side on 2nd November 2025 at Roazhon Park in a 4-1 win against Strasbourg, replacing hat-trick hero Esteban Lepaul at the end of the game. During the Pre-Season period in the Summer of 2026, the door opened for Rosier to sign for Concarneau in Ligue 3 (Newly-named French Third Division) to get some valuable experience and gametime in the 2026/2027 season in a season-long loan deal (without a buyout option).
