This native of Anyama and international striker was both in the Ivory Coast in 1971. He began his footballing journey at Rio Sports in his hometown in 1985, and he was to stay there for four years before being scouted by Stade Rennais in 1989. He then signed for the Red and Blacks and spent his first season in the Reserve side, playing 17 matches and scoring three times. The following season, he was drafted into the First Team, but more often than not was to be found on the bench. On his debut in the First Division, he came on as substitute during matchday 2 of the 1990-1991 championship in a 2-1 victory against Paris Saint Germain, but with competition for places particularly fierce, he was unable to make it as a First Team regular, and left Rennes after making 16 appearances, without finding the back of the net.
In 1991; he was transferred to Alès in the Second Division, where he would go on to play 179 matches in 5 seasons there, notching 36 goals in the process. In 1996; Alès were relegated, so he left to try his luck at SCO Angers in National (French Third Division), staying one season, making 15 appearances with three goals to his name. After his brief stay at Angers, he left to join Créteil where he would score 6 goals in 33 games over the three seasons there. He would then go on to spend a season in Saudi Arabia before returning to France, and Choisy Le Roi in 2002, and finished his career at US Tamponnaise between 2003 and 2008. As an Ivory Coast international, he gained 15 caps, scoring one goal and won the African Cup of Nations (CAN) in 1992
