Noah Françoise was born in Rennes and signed up for his first club CPB Bréquigny aged 6. This right-sided defensive midfielder played there until 2013, when he joined the CO Pacé, where he would spend a furthe three seasons. In 2016 he returned to his origins, rejoining CPB Bréquigny. Scouted by Stade Rennais, he joined the Academy set-up there in 2018. This move enabled him to earn a call-up to the French U16s side, where he obtained 11 caps and scored twice, and the U17s (two appearances.) He would also play a part in the UEFA Youth League in the 2019/2020 season, and was the only player from the class of 2003 to play in all of the club's games, scoring against Club Bruges, This talented player caught the eye of some major European clubs, such as Arsenal, Liverpool, Atletico Madrid or Ajax Amsterdam. But despite all the attention from these sides, he chose in the end to sign his first professional contract with Stade Rennais on 10th December 2020, with a duration of three years. As the contract only takes effect as of the 1st July 2021, he has committed himself to the club until 2024. With 9 appearances on the teamsheet as a substitute to his name in the 2022/2023 season, he was loaned out to Avranches in the French Third Division (National 1) on 30th January 2023. Upon his return from that loan, he would not be included in the squad for the pre-season programme, and signed definitively for CS Maritimo on 11th August 2023.
