Noé Sow arrived at Stade Rennais in 2014, and was developed at the club for two seasons. This defensive midfielder played for the U19s during his last season with Rennes. After spells at Quimperlé and then at Plouzané, having the opportunity to fully demonstrate his talents, he was converted to a centre-back. His career would really take off at Plabennec, where he would play for two seasons (the 2020/2021 season being cancelled by the pandemic), and he shone as an excellent defender. After a full season in National 3 (French 5th Division) between 2019 and 2020, his side were promoted to National 2, and his performances caught the eye of Michel Der Zakarian, the new Manager of Brest, who signed him for the Finistère outfit for the 2021/2022 season.
