Nordan MUKIELE

Seine-Saint-Denis-born striker, Nordan Mukiele, arrived at Stade Rennais in July 2021. Younger brother of Paris player Nordi Mukiele, Nordan plays for Rennes' Reserves, and received 5 caps for the French U16 national team between March and April 2022. Considered as one of the top hopes in French football, with excellent physical and technical qualities, he can play anywhere along the front line. After training on a few occasions with the First Team squad, he signed his first professional contract with Stade Rennais on 14th March 2024, aged 18. His three-year deal runs until 2027. Mukiele made his debut against Lens in a 0-0 draw at Roazhon Park in September 2025, and opened his goalscoring account in the 4-0 victory at Nice in March 2026. However, with a lack of gametime under the stewardship of Franck Haise (8 appearances, 1 goal in the 2025/2026 season), Mukiele was given the opportunity to get some much-needed experience during the pre-season of the 2026/2027, accepting a season-long loan move to French Second Division outfield Montpellier, without a buy-out clause, on 1st August 2026.
