Striker hailing from Guerche-de-Bretagne, Pierre Chopin started his footballing journey with TA Rennes, before signing for Stade Rennais for the 1955/1956 season. He would only make a few appearances in a Red and Black shirt, playing in just three matches, of which two came in the Odorico Cup, and the other in the French Cup, in a third set ending in 0-2 defeat to Grenoble in the Round of 32 (23rd February 1956). It would be his one and only season at Stade Rennais, before leaving to join Drapeau de Fougères. He passed away in Combourg, on 21st September 2014, aged 83.
