Developed by Stade Malherbe de Caen, Sabri Toufiqui signed his first professional contract with Stade Rennais on 22nd July 2015. As a versatile midfielder, he started of playing with the Reserves, managed by Julien Stéphan. After just 2 appearances on the bench in the First Team squad, Toufiqui didn’t appear again in the First Team group until his contract was cancelled on 31st August 2018. He then joined Le Havre in Ligue 2.
