On 6th August 1992, Moïse Régina arrived at Stade Rennais from Marseille. Having struggled to get any game time in Marseille, six years after arriving from his native Martinique, this central defender has the tough task of replacing the emblematic Arnold Oosterveer. In the end, the centre-back pairing of François Denis and Michel Sorin held firm all season, leaving Régina with just 9 appearances in total. Left out for the last three months of the season, he was transferred to Angoulême in the Summer of 1994, after spending a season without seeing action in the Reserves.
